MZAAH is a UK-registered brand operating under Trademark Number: UK00004307976. We sell MZAAH-branded cutting boards and genuine Stanley tumblers, all fulfilled directly from our UK warehouse.

Important: Stanley tumblers are sold by MZAAH as an independent retailer. We are not officially affiliated with Stanley or any other third-party brand.

Orders & Shipping

Do you charge for shipping?
Yes. A flat shipping rate of £4.99 per order applies.

Which courier do you use?
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT+00) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

What is your handling time?
Handling time is 0–1 business days, excluding weekends and UK public holidays.

What is the delivery (transit) time?
Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations or external circumstances.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are dispatched from our UK warehouse in Reading, United Kingdom. We do not use overseas warehouses or international fulfilment centres.

Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.

Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with Royal Mail tracking details, where available.


Payments & Security

Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments using encrypted gateways. We do not store or have access to customers’ card or payment details.

What currency do you use?
All prices and payments are processed in British Pounds (GBP £).


Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. If an order has already been shipped, it may be returned in accordance with our return policy.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy in line with UK consumer protection laws. Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

When will refunds be processed?
Approved refunds are issued within 7–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Are product descriptions accurate?
Yes. All product images and descriptions accurately represent the products for sale. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing processes or screen display differences.

Are all products in stock at the time of sale?
Products are listed based on current availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will notify customers promptly.
